关于buffet关于自助餐People like to eat buffet, because they can eat many kinds of food in a meal, their appetite can be satisfied. I am a fan of buffet, I can eat a lot of food in a time, every time I go into the buffet shop, I tell myself that I will not come out without satisfying my stomach. Facing so many food, I can’t help eating as more as possible, even I am full enough, I still eat, my stomach hurts. It is said that 80% sense of fullness is the best way to keep fit, if people continue to get their stomach more food, then their stomach will be hurt. So the way for people to have buffet is not right, we should enjoy the food instead of eating too fully.

I like to eat buffet so much, because I can taste so many food at the same time. There are all kinds of fruits, meat and ice cream, I like them all, so I have great motivation to eat buffet. Every time I eat buffet, I will eat as more as possible, because I think I have paid the money, I want to let the food deserve the money I pay. My stomach always gets too much food, I overeat the food and hurts my stomach. Now I pay much attention to enjoy the food, I will tell myself not to eat so much full, the money I pay is to enjoy the food instead of hurting my stomach.

Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food. As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt. The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.
