Every one wants to keep healthy today, especailly our students. But we don't pay attention to our health. Some of them go to school without breakfast in the morning. Some students and pupils play computer games or watch TV all day, espacially at the weekends. Many boys think it is cool to drink or smoke.
It is important for us to have good habbits. We should eat breakfast every morning. We can watch TV or play games for a short time, then have a rest. We also can take part in some clubs. I think it is necessary for us to keep healthy.

A month passed, Li Ming realized that he didn’t make progress, instead, he lag behind. He talked to his teacher and the teacher told him that he needed to rest well and took it easy. Only the student slept well would he have the energy to study and focus on his attention. Li Ming did as the teacher said, indeed. It worked, he made progress and he could thought quickly. Sleeping well is the very important way to improve study efficiency.

I have a best friend. We grow up together. In fact, she is my neighbor. Her home is three minutes from mine. We play together since I can remember things. After school, sometimes she will ask me to here house for dinner, and sometimes I will ask her to my home for dinner. We always sleep together, sometimes in my home, and sometimes in hers. We talk something in our life but not important, everything happened in school, our dreams and so on. We make a promise to be good friends forever.

Last week our music teacher taught us a song, named Indebted Heart. Through it I know that we should live with a thankful heart. At that time, I think of my parents. I think they are the first people I should thank. It’s them who give me life. It’s them who give me home. It’s them who bring me up. It’s them who look after me. It’s them who teach me knowledge and live happily. I should thank my parents giving me so much. Maybe I should think how to pay back the love my parents give me. But now I think the best way to be appreciated of my parents is to study well and then being a useful person to the society when I grow up.
