英语四级具体考试次数如下：
1、本科生从大一开始考英语四级，可以考8次。
2、本科生从大二开始考英语四级，可以考6次。

从基础开始复习-记单词。
准备考英语四级的人都应该有一本专门考英语四级的单词手册，里面的单词时需要记住的，单词的记忆方法有很多，死记硬背能记住当然也是可以的，看自己适合什么样的方法能记住就行。如果你比较喜欢英文歌曲，歌词记忆法也可以的。
