Second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less candies. Stop eating junk food and drinking beers. Last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. We should have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time. If we pay more attention to the tips above, we will have healthier body. I wish everybody has a strong and healthy body。

First, don’t be afraid of the terrible disease. We should have enough sleep and try to do more exercise. Second, we should clean our room every day and open the window often. We must wash hands often. In public, we shouldn’t spit or throw litter. Next, we need to drink more water, never or seldom eat junk food but eat more vegetables and fruit. Finally, if we have a fever or a cough, we must go to the doctor as soon as possible.
If we do like that, we’ll have a happy and healthy life.

我是一个很老实的孩子，对学习还算有兴趣，一个很随和的孩子，一个与同学们能融入进一个集团的人，但没有想到的是同学眼中的我居然还有另外的一面。
每个人评估人的标准都是不一样的，每个人有每个人的标准。在生活中是一个形象，在学习中就有可能会是另外一个形象啦。就是这样每个人在生活中扮演着不同的角色，演绎的也是不同的人生。变化的是一个人的不同的模样。在学习中我可能是个不是很突出的一个人，但是我在体育方面有特长，能够打篮球打的很好，是个给同学们留下一种深刻的印象，打的不错，打的有样的那种。这就是优点，这就是人的不同演绎的角色，演绎出的人生也是不进相同的。我的篮球打的好，我的喜欢篮球，从内心里喜欢这样的运动。所以就使得我在这方面用的时间比较多。这就塑造出了一个篮球的运动员的好的形象。这是所以人不知道的，通过一次篮球比赛，由于队员的紧缺，老师想到了我，结果就让我出现在了这个运动场上，惊人的一幕让同学们大开眼界，让更多的人感受到了这样的一个新的形象在我的眼中呈现了出来，看到了我的另外的一面，也是隐藏的很深的一面。
同学眼中的我，从一个学习不是怎么突出的我，转换了形象，看到了一个篮球打的很好的篮球小子的形象。
