Topic: what, in your opinion, is the best way to keep fit and healthy?[参考范文]
Nowadays people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of health. What is the best way to stay fit and healthy? In my opinion, good exercises and diet are two major ways to stay fit and healthy. First, enough time should be set aside for persevering in exercises in addition to sleep and rest. Second, you must give up the habits that damage your health, such as smoking and drinking too much alcohol.
As mentioned above, the best way to keep fit and health is to do regular exercises. Just as the Chinese proverb goes, “life lies in exercises”, exercises never fail to make us stronger and more energetic. Moreover, mental health, in my mind, is also of vital importance. If you feel happy, you can eat well, sleep well, and your body is sure to be in an excellent condition. Moreover, prevention is also important, and one should have a physical check regularly in a hospital for being strong and healthy.
Health is the most valuable possession a person experts in his life. Try every means to keep fit is our advice to the people who want to live a happy life in this beautiful world.

大学英语写作比赛范文3
We’ve all been there: woken up in the morning by the deafening alarm clock, dragging us from our sound sleep and compelling us to get out of the warm bed.We still delay, searching for a reason to stay in bed for just one more minute. However, this one minute can extend to ten minutes, twenty minutes or even longer. So what could possibly be the cause of this reluctance to do anything, or this laziness.
Most of us are not inherently lazy, but the causes can be very complicated.
The first reason is a lack of motivation. One possible reason for this lack of motivation is people being overly comfortable. People not facing hardship; comfortable, safe and steady in their existence, have little need to push themselves to their limits, and can become lazy and complacent as a result. We grow up in cots and as teenagers, we again build cots, a beautiful nest, for ourselves. The matter is that we need to have the wish to spread our wings, to free ourselves from our cots and change our destiny.
Another cause of laziness is negative compromise and abused tolerance. We are always setting ourselves fake goals: I will start my homework when I finish this level of the game or after five more minutes on WeChat. But most of the time we are tricking ourselves. Solving this problem is easy: being a little strict with ourselves and setting sufficiently challenging, realistic and obtainable targets. For example, after I finish my homework, I will have half an hour to play games. This way, one will have more motivation to finish their work effectively with the prospect of a reward at the end. This will inspire them in the pursuit of their goals.
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said that the world belongs to the energetic. So let us stand up, full of ambition and ready to take on the world, prepared to get rid of that laziness forever!
