考研英语真题范文篇1
As is vividly shown in the above picture, the boiling hotpot contains various domestic and alien cultures, whieh could be categorized as literature, moral values and performing arts. The indication of the drawing is that with the development of globalization, cultural blending should be encouraged and maintained.
The connotation of the drawing can be interpreted as following. Since China's opening up in 1978, the growth of economy of our country has been promoted. In consequence, the great changes of culture has come up, especially the traditional culture. At present, multi-cultures conflict with each other but also merge into a unique form
to a certain degree". As the world is highly integrated today, no country is an isolated island. What every nation faces is the miscellaneous alien culture.
Therefore, China needs to assimilate a good deal of foreign progressive culture. Form my point of view, multi-cultures which is extremely vital to a country's prosperity and future development should be protected and kept. Thus people, especially the young, should cultivate an appropriate sense of cultural concept. Only in these ways can we make greater contributions to theworld cultural heritage.

考研英语真题范文篇3
Dear editors:
I am writing the letter in purpose of drawing your attention to the fact that some people still use plastic bags in spite of restrictions on the use of them, and I will try to make some conducive recommendations concerning the white pollution. To begin with, our government should continue to exercise strict control over the production and abuse of plastic bags, punishing those who fail to obey relevant laws and regulations. What’s more, people should be educated from childhood to cultivate the awareness that we have only one planet and our natural resources are exhaustible. Last but not least, there should be some substitutes for plastic bags, such as bags made of paper or cloth which can be reused and degraded.
I hope you will find these proposals useful, and I would be ready to discuss this matter with you to further details. Your prompt attention to my recommendations will be highly appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
Li Ming
