After I came back shcool, I never get up on time, and sometims wake up till 1:30pm. I hate my habit but it isnot easy be changed. I have designed the time and rest for myself, but...I donot know why I am clear-headed in minight and want to sleep in daytime.
Today, I want to chenge my bad habit.I woke up earlyer and went to KK. I bought some flowers and went to cinema twice. at the end of the day, I had a dinner, then back to home. It`s quite tire, but I have to make it more, or else I cannot aleep tonight. So I try to find some materials to make a house for my dogs. After this, took a bath and lay on the sofa. I got a nap unconsiously. Next will be what I have to do a exercise of audition, I checked th time, it was 22:28, I feel that my head becomes to be more excited again.

How to Have a Meaningful Weekend?
The college experience to everyone, and every second in our college life should be fully utilized even every weekend should be meaningful. But it is disappointing to see that many college students waste their weekend as fools. Increasing amount of weekend time is being taken up by playing computer games, at the expense of not only their weekend but also their schoolwork. There are also students spending half of their weekend in bed because they have no idea of what to do.
My suggestion is that those who are full of animation and spirit should join all kinds of sports clubs and that those who prefer peaceful and quiet pastimes should go to the chess club, libraries, cinemas or museums. It is also a good idea for college students to go outside of the campus during the weekend and find some part-time jobs.
Physical activities strengthen our bodies and intellectual pastimes serve to restore vitality of our mental processes. Both part-time jobs and voluntary services are invaluable opportunities for students to practice their knowledge and to gain social experience. All in all, an idle youth is a needy age, so let is schedule a meaningful weekend right here right now.

Secondly, to increase our knowledge, we should read on Sundays, those books,newspaper and magazines that are not in our regular curriculum. That will do us good.
