A:Here's the draft contract，Mr. Smith. Let's discuss the clauses to see if we agree on all of them. Then I’ll make out an original of the contract. After that, what’s left is to fill out the contract and sign our names.

A：The contract is to be written in Chinese and English. Both languages are equally effective.

A ： These goods can be broken very easily, so we would be thankful if you would be sure to use durable packing materials.

A：It’s too late. You see, in our market October is the season for the kind of commodity. So the goods must be shipped before October or we won't be ready for the season.
