  苏珊: Now we`ve decided to go global, what form of entry should we use to get into the US market?

  艾达: Then what about the qualifications of a franchisee?

  布朗先生: A franchisee should also be an enterprise or other economic organization established according to law,and it should have the funds,fixed premises and personnel,etc.that commensurate with franchising.

  被特许人也应是依法设立的企业或者其他经济组织.并且拥有与特许经营相适应的资金.固定场所.人员等.

  艾达: Would you please further explain the franchise fees?

  您能进一步解释一下特许经营费吗?

  布朗先生: Ok.Franchise fees refer to the fees paid by the franchisee for obtaining the franchise rights,which include initial fee,usage fee and other stipulated fees.
