　　长期以来，索尔兹伯里只被人们当做去巨石阵途中的一个小站而已。但2015年注定是属于这个小站的。因为就在整整800年前，限制王权、建立民权的大宪章，正是在这里诞生的。庆祝活动的高潮将在索尔兹伯里大教堂举行，大宪章的原本就收藏在这里的牧师会礼堂里。这里将举办全新的展览，同时还会进行一系列的演说，晚祷和鲜花庆典。
