　　Hello, my dear friends! How are you doing today? Today, I drafted a short conversation about renting an apartment.

　　S：Good morning, ma’am. What can I do for you?

　　您好，我能为您做什么?

　　L: Hi, I am a student in ABC university. I saw your advertisement. I would like to rent a one bedroom apartment.

　　您好，我想要租一间一室一厅的公寓。

　　S: Sure, there is one available right now in building 2, which is close to the bus station.

　　现在二号楼有意见，就是靠近公交车站的那个楼。

　　L: Which floor?

　　几层呢?

　　S: First floor.

　　是一层。

　　L: I do not like first floor, any other available apartment right now?

　　我不喜欢一层，有没有其他的房间。

　　S: Sorry, we do not have right now. You may leave your name and contact number, once we have one, I will let you know as soon as possible.

　　不好意思，我们现在没有，您可以留下您的名字和电话，一旦我们有一间，我立刻通知您。

　　L: Sounds good.

　　听起来不错。

　　Two weeks Later

　　L: Hi, this is Linda speaking.

　　你好，我是琳达。

　　S: Hello, Linda! This is Susan, working with ABC apartment. We have one bedroom apartment right now.

　　您好，我是工作在ABC公寓楼的苏珊。我们现在有一间一居室。

　　L: All right! I will come to your office at 3pm. Is that ok?

　　好的，我下午三点到你的办公室来，可以吗?

　　S: Sure, I can show you the room, it is a very good one. Please bring your Id card.

　　可以得，我带你看看房间。那间很不错。带上你的身份证件。

　　L: Ok, see you later!
