　　回首40年前，陈威群先生与父亲携手于新山亚福街巴刹仔的一个小小档口，开展了纯正鱼丸手艺。并于1987年通过创立-亚坤纯正西刀鱼丸，将其精良鱼丸手艺发扬光大。

　　The history of Ah Koong dates back to 40 years ago. Our director Mr Tan Ooi Koong started serving handmade Wolf Herring fish all with his father at Johor's then renowned hawker location, Pa Sat Kia. Mr Tan thrived on his father's foundation and established Ah Koong Restaurant in 1987 by opening our first fishball noodles restaurant.

　　Over 400 years ago. The Chinese people arrived in peninsular Malaysia. Some were businessmen and they have decided to stay in this island during the Malacca Empire and settled down with the local Bumiputeras. Their children were called "BABA" for man and "NYONYA" for the woman.
