英语作文个人品质类话题：努力
As is shown above, in the first picture, under the big yellow fruit tree stands a man，houlding tightly the handle of the bucket at his left hand, with the other hand pointing at the fruitful fruits.
While at the second picture, the other man is crouching under a withered tree and do nothing.
Simple as the picture is, what is conveyed in the drawing is most meaningful and thought-provoking fact that endeavor is the most significant trait that a man needs to be successful in life.
As we all know, we are bound to encounter kinds of challenges and hardships in this modern society, abundant opportunities as well as competition.
The difference between winners and losers mainly lies in the trait of endeavor.
Put it another way, endeavor is a key ingredient of the modern recipe to success, either for individuals or for a nation.
No one would deny that, endeavor is truly the fundamental attribute of top performers, which separates the high achievers from the rest of the pack.
People with the trait of endeavor can not only accumulate wealth, but also establish their career, fit into society, and even attain social status.
The trait of endeavor is widely acknowledged as the essential trait that will entitle us not only the material wealth or rank of power but also the way to make life meaningful.
In my view, whatever difficulty the situation we are confronted with, those who have the trait of endeavor are more likely to have a high happiness index and more chances to succeed, which can hardly be possessed by those who are absent of the trait of endeavor.
