Do you know how important it is to have breakfast? A study of 2,000 teenagers in the US showed that eating breakfast daily is helpful to young people.

The universe is a big place. It is hard to believe that humans would be the only intelligent life. So scientists have been searching outer space for years, hoping to find signs of alien(外星人) life.
They use radio telescopes to search the sky for signals (信号) from other civilizations (文明). It is called SETI. SETI has been working for over half a century, but so far they haven’t heard any alien messages.

Mr. Hunt came from a poor family. He had three brothers and two sisters. His father worked hard but wasn’t paid much. And his mother did all the housework at home. They were both able but they couldn’t get enough money for their family.
