All of us admire the people who are successful because we want to be the one of them. But when it comes to the question that which factor leads to success,talent or diligence? In my viewpoint,diligence leads to success.
As the old saying:No pain,no gain. We will get nothing but only waste our life if we only daydream instead of working hard. Those people who are lazy and sloppy to their work and never focus on their work's importance will never succeed. Thomas Edison said:Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration. My opinion about the relationship between diligence and success
Some people think that success comes from diligence while others agree that success has no link with diligence. From my point of view, diligence can help people succeed and vice versa. There are some reasons as follows.
Firstly, most people are biologically endowment with almost the same I.Q. , but some of them get success owing to some important reasons among which it is diligence. For instance, a chinese famous mathematician Chen Jinrun’s great achivements is his hard working on math.
Secondly, diligence may lead to success while laziness must result in failure. Success means that we fulfill a goal which is challenging、meaningful. If we can not try our best and be industrious to realize the goal, how can we get success?
Lastly, If people succeed, they must pay for their efforts and time. Naturally, they will not be satisfied and want to get hold of higher objectives so as to promote themselves in order to achieve their higher ranks or get more profits, etc. . Therefore, they will become more diligent to realize more success.
In a word, I hold the view that diligence can help people succeed and vice versa.

Success, as is known, is the pursuit of many ambitious people. It requires much of a person.
In my view, above all, one should be a person of strong perseverance. Rome was not built in a day. On our long way to success, there are undoubtedly many difficulties standing in the way. If we lose heart and give up halfway, nothing can be achieved. Throughout history, we have had many famous successful people in the world, of whom no one is weak-minded. Take the great American scientist Edison as an example, he tried experiment after experiment and had one failure after another before he finally invented the bulb, which lighted up the whole world. So we can conclude perseverance can surely be one of the secrets of success. Furthermore, one needs to work hard to realize his dream just as the famous saying goes “Hard work leads to success”.
Look at these around us and we’ll find diligent people are always the favor of our society. They usually achieve more than expected. Why do so many of our classmates of average intelligence go far ahead of others? Hard work is definitely supposed to be the answer. And still, I hold that one must keep in pace with the informative world. There’s no denying that our world is changing every day. So one can never be locked alone inside his own room, doing his research work and dedicated to book knowledge.
How can an isolated person be well-informed enough to go ahead of others? If so, that could be ridiculous. Success is what one desires. So long as one is perseverant, hard working and up-to-date, I am sure success is near at hand.
