一、留学学费

1.公立大学

由于实行福利教育，政府和国家设置的学校，是不收取就读学生的学费的，所以大家的经济压力会小很多，这样在进行挑选的时候，大部分学生会倾向于选择公立的院校。

不过还是会收取一定的注册费用的，这是学生身份的获取，会有阶段的差异，一般本科需要交189欧，硕士需要交259欧，博士需要交393欧，都是大家要提前了解并且准备的。

2.私立大学

学校的教学质量会有高有低，大家要将自己的目标放在身上，即精英学院或者贵族学院，这样自己的学习才会得到保障，不过要支付的学费也会稍贵一些，要提前了解并且预备。

一般文科和法学类的专业，学费需要1万欧左右;理工科和艺术类需要准备好1-2万欧;比较贵的是商科、工程和医学相关分支，可达3万欧，成本会高上不少。

二、留学生活费

1.衣

包括服饰在内的所有开销，其中除了日用品之外，其他的东西不需要每个月定期买，但是预算也要做足，一个月基本上100欧左右就够用，如果有额外的开销，要重新做预算。

2.食

餐饮的解决可以选择学校的食堂，提供的自助食材丰富而且健康，而且价格也会比较划算，如果想省钱的话，还可以自己动手住房炒菜，成本会少一些，一个月基本上200欧也足够了。

3.住

学生的住宿是可以申请房补的，只要符合要求，就可以直接提出自己的申请，一般来说都可以补贴30%-50%之间，这样折算下来一个月基本上200-300欧就足够了。

4.行

平时大家出行，则需要早一点办好交通卡，在安排好了自己的生活之后，就可以办卡了，这样费用会便宜不少，平均一个月50欧左右，往返的机票需要额外准备。

第一步：预约

网上预约是免费的,一般可以约到比较近的(比如下周或者下个月).电话预约似乎约到比较晚的(比如两个月后).

一般签证当天可以拿到(早去的话可能等一两个小时,晚去的话可能等三到六个小时).第一次去我就选了比较晚的时间,结果等待的那几个小时无比的煎熬和痛苦.后来几次去都选比较早的时间了。

第二步：准备材料

需要的东西包括：护照、申请表、学生证明信(或者工作证明信)、两张照片、银行帐单、飞机票、旅馆订单(或邀请人开的官方的接待证明)，旅游保险。

旅游保险可以用google上找,我见过的有20欧一年的。买一年比买几天的能拿到更长的签证--见过有些人只买了四天的保险,结果他们就拿到四天的签证.如果保险是一年的话,一般学生身份拿到的是两三个月的有效期内可以呆30天的那种(我知道的人和我办的情况都这样).有工作的人有不少拿到六个月内呆90天的。

至于官方的接待证明,是由在法国生活的人在当地的市政厅开。有的市政厅收30欧，有的收45欧，而且邀请人要准备一些材料挺麻烦的。如果只是在法国玩几天，不建议让朋友办这个--自己订那种可以免费退掉的旅馆省事多了。

第三步：签证当天

所有材料都要复印件--使馆会保留复印件退还原件(有些人因为缺复印件而被拒掉了).

早点到门外排队--同一个时间段的人不少,早点到那排队就能早点出来.如果预约最早的那个时间,一般提前一个小时到那排队的话都会是最前面几个.

带些吃喝玩的东西--那里面也有自动售货机,但可选择的不多.如果等待时间长的话,没有玩的东西会比较无聊。
