法国留学新生指导手册
一、签住房合同
要尽快的将自己的住宿安排好，因为后续要办的很多事，都是需要调自己的住宿证明，或者预留地址的，如果预定好了宿舍，直接前往相关的负责部门确认即可办理入住。
如果是通过中介确认的房子，则需要进行现场的验房，确认没有问题并且和房东交涉好了之后，才可以进行签合同事宜，入住之后基本上就不会有什么问题，自己进行简单的收拾即可。
二、办理手机卡
此外还要尽快的办理本地的手机卡，道理和住宿类似，后续预留电话也是需要留本地号码才会比较方便，而且办卡直接带上护照或者学生居留即可，通不可以直接办好自己的手机套餐。
三、银行开户
虽然大家国内的银联卡在这里也能够刷卡使用，但是每次消费都会收手续费，这是一笔不必要的额外支出，建议大家尽快办理本地的卡，这样才能够享受本地卡的优惠，使用也会更方便。
需要带上自己的身份证明，并且确认好基础的信息，还要带上一些现金，在柜台上填写办卡的申请表，然后提交审核，办好之后需要存钱进去激活，并且自己设置好密码。
四、CAF

法国留学的注意事项
一、租房
租房是留学生首要解决的问题，不过现在一般留学中介都会在当地安排下地接，他们会提前帮你安排好住宿。幸运的话可能会安排到一个价格不贵的房子以及一个相对舒适的环境;但也可能会被分配到一些距离比较远，或者价格比较高的房子里。
在这里不建议立刻换房子，除非有安全问题。等一切安顿好了再慢慢找合适的房源。毕竟有一个稳定的落脚地会帮你省很大的事。如果准备开始找房，一定要选择可靠的信息来源，确认房东本人有合法居留并有出租权，甚至可以要求查看房东的身份证，一定要签住房合同。为确保万无一失可以通过正规的中介公司。
二、注册和开户
住房问题解决后，新生需要将录取通知书、申请时所提交的各类材料原件和照片准备好后再去学校注册，以防材料缺失，导致注册失败。注册里包含基本的强制社会保险的费用(可报销约75%)，留学生可根据自身需要购买补充险，这样可以报销100%的医药费。
之后留学生要开办银行卡。法国的银行基本上对学生第一年都会免年费，从第二年起每月扣除一笔小额资金管理费。26岁以下的学生还可以办理一个利息相对较高的青年账户。学生去银行开户需要携带护照、学校的注册证明、住房合同和准备存入的钱。
三、长居卡办理及更新
现在的留学生基本上留学签证的有效期是一年，所以不用立刻担心换长居卡的问题，但过了有效期后就要开始准备换长居的问题了，办理居留证需要去住所所属省份的警察局，带上住房合同，学校开具的注册证明和上一年成绩单等相关材料。
建议，尽量提前做准备，这个办理长居的过程相当长，从提交申请到将卡拿到手，运气好的话也得两三个月。
四、上课
当一切就绪，真正的学生生活就开始了，为了尽快融入这个新教育环境内，小编建议大家要尽快练就和同学交流的本领，不要把自己局限在华人圈子里，多练法语，便于和同学老师沟通，而且法国的教育里是非常讲究合作的，经常需要团队协作来完成作业。
五、换学校
如果觉得你申得专业不够好，或者不是自己喜欢的，可以换专业换学校。但务必在换学校或者换专业之前参考中国教育部承认的法国大学名单，以及通过法国高等教育与科研部核准资格认证的文凭。毕竟如果要回国就业，需要得到国内教育部的认证。以免浪费多年的辛苦留学和开销。
