　　大家看这两个石头，请看这边“海判南天”，这是天涯海角里面最早的一个石刻。在康熙年间，为了修订历法，康熙皇帝名钦差，在进行天文测量的时候所留下的标记。大家看，这里是“南天一柱”，这几个字就是宣正元年崖州知州范云梯为防止水患所题。大家是否觉得这里的风景很熟悉呢?对了，这就是第四套人民币2元背面的图案。可以说它早已深入在了我们日常生活的每一天，足见它在中国的影响力。清代雍正年间崖州知州程哲和民国时期王毅将军，又在这里两块相依相邻的海边巨石上，题刻了“天涯”与“海角”四个大字。使人们的“天涯情结”最终得以物化，并找到寄托，也使天涯海角游览区成为“天涯文化情结”的地理落脚点和特定载体。

　　上世纪60年代，著名大文豪郭沫若，三次来到天涯海角景区，留下了“天涯海角游览区”的字迹。到了天涯海角，一定要给自己的家人、亲朋好友、情人打个电话。告诉他们，我在天涯海角还在惦念着你，送你一颗水晶一样的心。最后，带上天涯海角的祝福“海内存知己，天涯若比邻”。
