托福口语考试是很多托福考生成绩拉开差距的版块，有的考生在考场上镇定自若，自信平稳发挥，有的考生则十分紧张，磕磕巴巴说完全程……最终成绩肯定也显而易见。那么，托福口语应该怎么练呢?

一. 练口语也需要积累词汇
很多同学备考托福口语容易陷入误区，认为托福口语备考不需要词汇积累。其实对于托福口语来说，词汇积累很重要，除了积累词汇外，还要准确了解这些词汇的用法，能够在口语表达中准确地应用这些词汇。词汇积累是口语练习的基础，没有足够的词汇积累，在口语表达中可能会因为想不到合适的词而导致答题不流畅。
二. 练口语之跟读模仿法
托福口语考试分为两个部分，独立口语和综合口语。综合口语需要大家总结归纳听力材料，所以大家要在平时练习中让自己具备这样的能力。口语提升很高效的方法之一就是跟读，找一些听力材料，然后做跟读练习。跟读练习时不仅要跟读内容，还要模仿发音，纠正自己一些发音错误。刚开始练跟读的时候，练习整句跟读，听完一句话以后，按照说话人的语调将原话跟读出来。练到一定程度后，就要试着整篇转述，先听听力材料，听的时候可以记笔记，整段音频放完以后，根据自己的笔记内容将听力材料大意复述出来。复述练习是为综合口语在做准备，大家在复述的时候复述出来文章大意即可，不必与原文完全相同，但尽量不要遗漏要点。
三. 找同伴，模拟场景练习
托福口语练习可以找同学或者同伴做场景模拟练习，单纯地去做跟读和复述练习可能会让人觉得枯燥，如果能做一些模拟对话场景练习，可以增加口语备考的趣味性。而且，两个人一起练习还能互相指正口语表达中的一些错误，可以互相督促进步。
四. 回归实战，把控时间
所有的这些练习都要最终回归到考题练习上来，考试前一定要根据考试时间做模考练习，看看自己对考试时间把控如何，能否在规定时间内将要表达的内容说完，综合口语是否会遗漏要点。考试前也要准备独立口语的答题素材和综合口语的答题模板，帮助自己的考场上更高效地利用思考时间。
五. 考前心态调整
考试中太过紧张肯定是不行的，有的同学考试中因为太过紧张导致发挥失常。所以考前一定要调整好心态。考试前一天可以做一套模考，做到心中有数后就不要再看备考资料了。出去散散步，听听音乐，保持身心放松。晚上十点前进入睡眠状态，保证充足的休息时间。口语考试前如果太过紧张，可以利用考试中休息时间尽快调整状态。
