花了十几天的时间，断断续续地将《穆斯林的葬礼》这部长达五十余万字的长篇小说给看完了。谈起对这部小说的感想，我只有四个字：沧桑，凄凉，这也是我看完这部小说后，最深刻的体会。
刚开始看到这部著作，随意翻阅的时候，只觉得内容太多，情节太过复杂，不过当我翻开第一页，浏览简介时，里面的内容却逐渐地吸引了我，真正地体会到其内容之繁多，情节之复杂，情感之真挚，这真的是一部鸿篇巨制。小说展示了一个穆斯林家族从兴盛到衰败的全过程，时间跨度长达六十年，描写了三代人命运的纠葛与沉浮，两个发生在不同时代，有着不同内容却又交错扭结的爱情悲剧。所有的悲欢离合，沧桑变幻在这部著作中，体现得淋漓尽致。不过，这本书不是简简单单地向读者介绍几个回族穆斯林的爱情故事，而是在借那几个悲惨的任务表达着什么，呼喊着什么，控诉着什么。
通过看这部小说，我更深入地了解了那个年代，那个特殊的年代。在二十世纪二十年代到改革开放的这六十年里，中国历经了抗日战争，新中国的成立，改革开放等重大转折。在这个充满着传奇的岁月里，一个传统的穆斯林家庭，历经辛酸与苦难，艰难地经营着一家玉器店“奇珍斋”，一段传奇而凄美的爱情便由此而展开了。小学徒韩子奇与自己同门的大师妹梁君壁组建了家庭，生下了一个儿子，名唤作“天星”，不幸的是，战争爆发了，他不得不抛下自己的妻儿，带着自己心爱的玉器跑到英国避难，与此同时，小师妹梁冰玉由于感情受挫也一同前往了，无意间她已爱上了她的姐夫，战争硝烟弥漫，没能将亲人间的信息互相传递，他便和梁冰玉重组家庭，生下了新月。梁冰玉为了自己的爱不惜毁了姐姐的家庭，并且有了爱情的果实—新月。她的爱是自私的，不要说是在思想封建的四五十年代，就算是在新事物飞速发展的新世纪，这样没有限度的爱，没有原则的爱也是招人唾骂和摒弃的，因为他们违背了道德，也违背了伦理。韩子奇的背叛使得这两个女人处于痛苦之中，他是这两个女人痛苦的源泉。但是梁君壁为了守住丈夫，捍卫自己的爱情，阻止丈夫对妹妹的爱，而强行撵走了自己的亲妹妹，这又得到了什么，只不过是一具没有心的躯壳。她更不应该为了自己的爱，而扼杀自己孩子的幸福，用母亲的身份强行安排儿女的婚姻。毋庸置疑，她的人生是悲惨的，为了守住穆斯林的信仰她一生都没敢反抗，没有挣扎，最后将所有的怨恨，无奈和不满，一并带入泥土，她的所作所为造成了所有人一生的遗憾。
最令我感动的，是新月和她的班主任楚雁潮的凄美爱情，他们俩的爱情是那样的纯洁，那么的唯美，可是由于民族的不同，身份的不同，他们俩只能默默地远远地相互守望，本以为他们俩艰苦地挣扎可以冲破宗教的束缚，可是最后，新月同样逃不过命运的魔掌，她患了风湿性心脏病，并且在她的生命油尽灯枯的时候，仍然没能见到楚雁潮最后一面。这对无缘的恋人最后只能接受命运的安排，接受这个残酷的生离死别的结局。但我相信，他们的心灵是相通的，信念是坚定的，所以，无论在何方，他们都会是最幸福的。

读完这本书感触很深。她文笔的倾诉，让我这个一直对伊斯兰教淡漠的人，对它肃然起敬……我了解了许多回民在生活中的传统礼节和常用的阿拉伯语，因为文中的回族人对至高无上的真主安拉格外信仰。回想书种种，不知该怎样评价书中所展现的血肉丰满的人物。因为，霍达以她深刻的内涵塑造出的人物形象都是让人荡气回肠的。我为成熟、漂亮、处处透漏出现代女孩儿特点的韩新月和才华横溢、赋有责任感的楚燕潮的爱情悲剧而深深的惋惜，为梁君壁事事追求完美，吝啬的毁掉两对人命运的行为而遗憾。但一方面，也觉得她很可怜，毕竟韩子奇曾给予过她伤害，她有权利为所欲为。梁冰玉呢?我觉得他因该是本书中最值得同情的人。因为那个曾经拥有一个幸福的家庭，有个性的女孩儿，最终却成为一个风烛残年的老人，孤单的独自漂泊他乡。
在现实生活中，能无限信奉真主的人比比皆是。但是真正能做到圣人穆罕默德传下的古兰经里的条约少之甚少。曾经看过一点儿古兰经，觉得很吃惊。那些传统思想的条约太严格了。和现实生活相提并论，那我们的罪过可大了。不做礼拜，不分斋，连这最基本的都没做到，怎能踏上前往圣地麦加的征途呢?说到这里，也不禁为做一个回民而自豪。因为，天下穆斯林共同敬仰的圣人穆罕默德在影响人类历史进程的一百名人排行榜中，成为领先人物。因为是他最初创建了伊斯兰教，是他编写了古兰经，至今影响人类的生活，与社会紧密结合。因此，这个排行是名副其实的。
