如果不能确定那台路由器拥有这条线缆的DTE，那台路由器
拥有DCE端，可以试用下面命令查看

配置带宽参数
Router(config)#interface serial [solt#]/port#
Router(config-if)#banwide rate_in_kbps
例如 将一个是时钟为 56000 bit/s 的串行接口的带宽改为 56kb/s
