As English is one of the main subjects that the Chinese students have to take up,learning English becomes prevalence. More and more students find it hard tolearn English, because it is fresh to them. Depending on different personality,experience and background, different people may have different menthods tolearn English. In my opinion,interest and practice are the best ways to learnEnglish.
由于英语成为中国学生主要课程之一，学习英语就变得流行了。越来越多的学生觉得学习英语困难，因为英语对于他们来说很陌生。由于个性不同，经历和背景各异，不同的人可能有不同的方法来学习英语。在我看来，兴趣和练习是学习英语的最好方法。
Firstly,interest is the best teacher. No matter who wants learn or do something,interest is the bestcatalyst. Having interest,peole will feel easier to complete things. So does learning English. If any onefeels difficulty in learning English, the first thing he should consider is todevelop his interest on English.
首先，兴趣是最好的老师。无论谁想学好或做好什么事情，兴趣是最好的催化剂。如果有兴趣，人们会觉得更容易完成事情。学习英语也是一样。如果有人认为学习英语困难，他应该考虑的第一件事是培养他们对英语的兴趣。
Secondly,practice makes perfect. The most common way to learn English is practise more. Nothingwould be difficult with practice. For example, if someone find it hard toremember vocabulary, he can see the word everyday before he goes to sleep. I’msure he will remember words quickly.
其次，熟能生巧。学习英语的最常见的方法是多练习。多练习，什么都不是困难。例如，如果有人发现很难记住的词汇，他可以在他每天睡觉前看看这个词。我相信他会很快记住单词的。
All inall, there is no fast way to learn English well, except work hard. But ifpeople have interest on English and knows the importance of practice, they willmaster it sooner or later.
总之，除了努力，没有学习英语没有速成法。但如果一个人在英语方面有兴趣或知道实践的重要性，他们迟早都会掌握它的。

It was Roman policy to foster inter cultural marriage between the roman troops and the populations they just conquered. Centurions often were offered 'monetary' incentives (salt and oil really) to take the local women as spouses.The idea behind it is very clever: most people just don't go around killing family so at the end governing the conquered lands becomes easier and easier as generation and cultures get mixed.? One face, one race.Good idea but sometimes this cultural exchange can backfire…
There is a new educational revolution going on in America and it sounds like it's coming right from the Afghani Taliban culture. Many schools are starting to offer classes segregated based on gender! Yes: girls in one room, boys in another.The old /sign is not for bathroom doors anymore, Single-gender not just for electronic connectors, Single-sex not just for the pimple infested teen.
Supporters sustain that girls learn differently from boys and by separating them classes are more orderly and results improve for both. Well, I say, why stop there? Have you ever wonder why the Asians are always portrayed as brainiacs on TV? Maybe they learn differently, get them in a separate class!? I can speak for Italians (boys) and I can tell that we have our very own way of looking at things. Should we book a separate room?I think we just found the root cause to the bad education US children are getting: integration!?
Well, I don't really know if these educators so favorable to homogeneity of classes based on sex (or in short, homosexual classes) ?took the idea from the Taliban but I place my bet that anybody that grows segregated will foster a segregated society.
So basically, you need to be roman to conquer the world otherwise you'll mess something up in the process.

学习历史的重要性The Importance of Learning History
A large number of students hold a misunderstanding towards history study because they consider it as useless and boring. However, each subject has its own value, not excepting history.
很多学生对于学习历史都有一定的误解，因为他们觉得历史既没用也无聊。然而，每个学科都有自己的价值，历史也不例外。
There are several points accounting for my view. In the first place, history is a part of culture, which is the spiritual backbone of a nation. Through learning history, we can appreciate the culture of a country, as well as the history of its development, so that we can understand our nation better. In the second place, history learning helps us to make correct decision. By review the history of our nation’s development, we are able to avoid some mistakes which we had made in the past and draw lessons from past experience, which is helpful for us to make correct decision. Last but not least, we can learn some new ways of thinking from learning history. By learning different ways to solve problems in history, we will be the people with a compressive mind.
有几点理由可以支持我的观点。首先，历史是文化的一部分，是一个民族的精神支柱。通过学习历史，我们可以看到一个国家的文化，以及它的发展史，这样我们才可以更好地了解我们的国家。第二，学习历史可以帮助我们做出正确的决定。通过回顾我国发展的历史，我们可以避免一些过去曾经犯过的错误，并从过去的经验中吸取教训，这有助于我们做出正确的决定。最后但并非最不重要的是，从历史的学习中我们可以学到一些新的思维方式。通过学习历史上不同的解决问题方法，我们会成为一个想法多多的人。
In brief, learning history is necessary and important. Therefore, there is no the most useful course at all, and we should make effort to find out the value of each course.
总之，学习历史是有必要和重要的。所以说没有最有用的课程,我应该要找出每堂课的价值所在。
