The Importance of Keeping Promises
When we judge a person, we are likely to think about whether he or she is keeping promises, the person who always keeps his promises is popular, people around him are willing to make friends with him. So keeping promises is very important, we should never break our promises, or we will be abandoned by others. First, we should never late for meeting or date. When we make a deal with others to meet at some places, we shall be there in time or earlier, it is rude to be late and let others wait for a long time. I hate my friends late for meeting, though they have reasons, they could have been here in advance. Second, we’d better think twice before making a promise, if we promise people, it means we have ability to finish it, people are hold great hope on us, if we fail, how disappoint it is. So we should measure ourselves before we making a promise.
遵守承诺的重要性
当我们判断一个人的时候，我们倾向于考虑他或者她是否信守承诺，守承诺的人受欢迎，周围的人都喜欢和他做朋友。所以受承诺很重要，我们不要违背我们的诺言，不然会被大家遗弃。第一，我们永远都不要在开会和约会时迟到。当我们和别人相约见面时，应该准时到达或者提前到达，迟到和让别人长时间等待是很无礼的。我不喜欢我的朋友开会迟到，虽然他们有各种理由，但是他们本可以提前到。第二，在许下诺言前我们要三思，如果我们答应了他人，这意味着我们有能力去完成，人们对我们有很大的期望，如果我们失败了，这么失望啊。因此我们在许诺前要衡量自己。

After drinking this kind of milk, the babies had big heads while their legs and arms were still thin, which badly affected their health. To our great relief, the producers got accused and punished for all the serious consequences in the end。

Being honest, you will find it easier to cooperate with others and people will be friendly to you and support you. the reason for dishonesty in tourism is various. first and for most, money is the spur. some travel agencies use all means to cheat their customers in order to get more money. secondly, to survive in the fierce competition, travel agencies have to make enough profits. to realize profit maximization, they cheat. last but not least, their victims seem to have little sense of defending their rights.
to regulate travel agencies and protect the rights of tourists, the government has issued various laws. however, i think tourists can take the following tips to avoid travel scams. first, choose a trustworthy travel agency for your trip. secondly, use your common sense and keep alert while travelling. finally, defend yourself if your rights are violated.
