When comes to the graduate season, college students need to find a job. As the new in the job market, they don’t have the work experience, so they are so worried about finding a job. For most of them, they will present their applications no matter if they are interested in the job. This is not the right thing to do.

Students should take the interview with their sincerity, if not, they are wasting the employers’ time. Take my friend for example. Then she was wanted by a company which she was not interested in, she refused to sign the contract. The employers were so angry with her, because they missed so many excellent students.
