As is known to all, waste on campus has become a more and more serious problem. We can easily see many students dump a lot of food in the garbage can. Some students spend thousands of yuan buying fashionable clothes and so on. The negative effects of waste can be shown in the following aspects.
In the first place, it makes some students dependent on their parents for money, which is harmful to their development. If they don't learn to support themselves, they will be "useless people" when they graduate. In the second place, it is not easy for our parents to arrange for our schooling.
Last but not the least important, there is no denying the fact that our country is still poor. There are many people who cannot go to university and many poor people still need our help. As far as I am concerned, I should set a good example to reduce waste on campus.
First of all, I will refrain from wasting anything, from food to stationery. What's more, I'm determined to call on more schoolmates to fight against waste. Only through these measures can we hope to reduce waste on campus.

When I was small,I like to eat a lot of food,but I have a habit,I will not eat up all the food,I just like to taste all of it.
When my mother saw this,she felt bad for me,she told me that all the food was the farmers’ hard work,I should not waste it.Thinking about this,I felt so shameful about my bad behavior,I decided to eat up the food.Wasting the food should be condemned,especially in the cities,people like to waste the food,they want to keep thin and only eat small portion.

Nowadays,the energy on the earth is so limited that everybody must learn how to save them,for example,we'd better take a bus or take a walk to school or to work,that's because oil is reducing rapidly.
For the students in schools,we must turn off the tap after using it in order to save water.Remember to turn off the lights before you leave the room and that will help save power.
Also, we are wasting lots of paper every day.Wasting paper is just wasting wood and it causes pollution.All the wasting will form bad habits.
Therefore,we have to teach students to save energy and make some measures to stop wasting.

Nowadays wasting is common on campus. Water, electricity, paper and food are habitually wasted among many students, which, worse still, some of them consider acceptable.
If every student wastes a gram of rice and throws away a piece of paper every day, the total waste would be beyond our imagination. We all know that resources are running out. Even small resources, when used well, can help meet needs and aid development.
However, it’s easier said than done. Sometimes I myself waste money buying too much food. And there’re times I forget to turn off the lights before leaving the classroom. To change it, first, I’ll strengthen my responsibility to save resources, making the most of water, electricity and paper. Second, I’ll learn to save money, trying to be an economist.
