随着我校课改活动紧锣密鼓的开展，英语组全体老师们不敢有半点懈怠，个个绞尽脑汁的为这次课改的圆满完成献计献策，个个都憋足了一股劲儿，力争让自己的每堂课尽可能的完美。特别让我这个组长感动的是他们的敬业精神，我们组的梁双喜老师，年纪是当中最大的，可大家都看到了她为了自己的六堂课顺利过关，反反复复的分析教材教案，和老师们仔细琢磨，每天都在准备教学用具;年龄最小的黄靖瑜老师，不管自己有多忙，都能欣然接受各项艰难任务，并能虚心请教他人，将工作出色的完成;其他三位老师，也都没有半句怨言。在教学中，老师们遇到疑问时就凑到一块，共同探讨，分析，有时争得面红耳赤，有时又都发出爽朗的笑声。.....
活动自开始到结束，我们英语组老师们共上英语课12节， 其他副科8节，除了他们的音乐课外，老师们的其他课我基本都参与了听课，现就五年级英语第十课的听课情况进行总结与反思
